Personal data that we process

CEO and LobbyControl process only personal data you actively provide to us. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

  • Contact details (e-mail address or other contact details) if you chose to share them in our contact form or via e-mail;
  • Other personal data you actively provide through our contact form, via e-mail or in any other correspondence.

Website, cookies and browsing

Our website (lobbyleaks.eu) does not use any tracking or analytical cookies.

Retention of data

We only retains contacts’ personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes it was collected for.

When determining the appropriate retention period for personal data, CEO and LobbyControl consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of personal data, the purposes for which the personal data is processed, whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

After the data retention period has expired, we securely destroy personal information.

Sharing personal data with third parties

We do not disclose your personal data to any third parties, unless you actively provide us with explicit consent to do so.

Access to your personal information

You are entitled to access and request the deletion of any of your personal information that we may hold. Please send any such request to privacyATcorporateeurope.org or datenschutzATlobbycontrol.de

Right to complain

If you have a complaint about our processing of your data and / or your requests pertaining to your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian or German Data Protection Authority:

We kindly draw the attention of the staff working for an EU institution/body (and retired staff) that they are bound by their duties in accordance with the Staff Regulations/Conditions of Employment of other servants.
