CEO and LobbyControl process only personal data you actively provide to us. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:

Our website (lobbyleaks.eu) does not use any tracking or analytical cookies.
Retention of data
We only retains contacts’ personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes it was collected for.
When determining the appropriate retention period for personal data, CEO and LobbyControl consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of personal data, the purposes for which the personal data is processed, whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
After the data retention period has expired, we securely destroy personal information.
